Hayley Orantia is American actor, musician and singer. Her most well-known role is Erica Goldberg from the TV comedy show "The Goldbergs". But she is primarily a music lover. It is the first thing that interests her. She was experimenting with since she was nine years old. As she grew to 12 old, the art of music was taken seriously enough that she began professional training. In the age of 13, she began making music. Her debut album in the age of 14. There hasn't been a turning around ever since. Orrantia is an American native and has Hispanic origins. She is proud of the existence of Hispanic roots although she was raised in English only and never lived in Mexico. She tries to preserve it by becoming fluent in Spanish as well as writing songs using the Spanish language. "Hasta Verte" which is a song with Spanish lyrics that she has recorded, is an example. In the summer of 2011, Orrantia auditioned for the debut season of The X Factor. Orrantia received 4 "yeses" to the judges in the Seattle live auditions after having been selected from her YouTube entry. While she auditioned initially on her own during "Hollywood Week" She, along with three female performers were put into an ensemble for the remainder in the selection process. Live shows were staged during the week of 5th.
