Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise was an American actress, performer, and a writer. She is most well recognized in the role of Ginger Grant from the TV show Gilligan's Island. Her stage career began in the 1950s with Two's Company, a Bettle-Davis musical. She then acted in several Broadway shows before becoming an international star with Li'l Abner in 1957. Within the same calendar year she released her first musical album, The album is Tina Time. Louise debuted on the screen in Hollywood with God's Little Acre a drama that was released in the year 1958. She played Griselda the main character of the movie. Louise enrolled in Actors Studio, New York during this period and became Lee Strasberg's teacher. Her most memorable performance came in 1964. She was signed by CBS for the role of Ginger Grant. Louise Balfour was able to juggle between Broadway as well as Hollywood playing a somber, sombre character against her famous image as an attractive doll. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. The SG-1 series, as well as Helen Magnus on Sanctuary. Recently she's also been the most sought-after director for popular television series such as Supernatural as well as The 100. Born in Essex, Ontario on 29th August in 1965. The family moved to Toronto at the age of three. She spent her childhood there and her adolescence.
